Straight answers
What do I need to apply?+
A CDL (Class A for most postings), a DOT medical card, and the experience listed on the posting. If you're close, apply anyway — we'll tell you straight.
Why do you need my work history and SSN?+
Federal rules (49 CFR 391.21) require carriers to collect a full employment application, including 10 years of CMV work history, and to check your driving record and past employers. Your SSN is encrypted and only used for those checks.
What checks do you run?+
Motor vehicle record from every state you've held a license in, PSP report, an FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse query (you'll approve it in the Clearinghouse), previous employer safety history, and a pre-employment drug test.
Can I finish the application on my phone?+
Yes. After the quick application you get a private link. Fill it in at your own pace — it saves each step — and upload photos of your CDL and medical card.
How fast is the process?+
