The job
You run regional flatbed freight from the Puget Sound corridor — building supply, steel and machinery — for brokers and direct shippers.
A typical week: out Monday, multiple drops across WA and OR, back for the weekend. Loads are planned around your home time, not the other way around.
When you call dispatch, a person who knows your name and your truck picks up.
Requirements
- CDL Class A
- 1–2 yrs verifiable experience
- Valid DOT medical card
- Flatbed securement experience (chains, straps, tarps)
- No more than 2 moving violations in 3 years
- Pass a DOT pre-employment drug test
- No Clearinghouse violations without completed return-to-duty
